The pedagogical leadership team will have overarching responsibility for ensuring that the teaching and learning will be enriched in line with the philosophical and implementation requirements of all the IB programmes in accordance with the Programme standards and practices at Rungta International School. Bhartan Sah is the Head of School at Rungta International School, Raipur. He has been an educator for twenty years. Over this period, he has been associated with a number of prestigious schools across the country. His schooling has been from the illustrious St. Joseph's College, Nainital.
He has gone through the rigorous educational programs of traditional schools and then trained as a pedagogical leader for the forward looking IB curriculum. He successfully led the Rungta International School, Raipur through the demanding authorization process of the IB.
During his stint with Indus International School, Pune he oversaw the transition from the Cambridge Assessment International Education to the IB curriculum.
While at Niraj International School, Hyderabad, he was instrumental in facilitating the IB’s five year review. He also established the ‘Teacher Learning and Development Programme’ there to introduce innovative methods of teaching to encourage inquiry based teaching and learning.
He believes in combining the values and wisdom of traditional schooling with the innovation and science of modern education to unlock the potential of each student. His motto is to infuse academic rigor and life skills by means of whole education to prepare citizen for the uncertain and ever changing world.
Mr.Bhartan Sah

A creative and an enthusiastic facilitator, is the DP Lead for the
IBDP at Rungta International School. She is skilful in designing positive approaches
and proactive interventions advancing learner engagement. She is committed to
providing children with the skills to become successful future students and
instilling a love of learning and cooperative team work.
She holds a Master’s
degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU university along with the B.ed.
She also possesses versatile experience in various fields like Associate professor
in engineering colleges and Senior Software Engineer in Software firms like
Congnizant Technology Solutions and IGate.
She is an active IBDP Design Technology Examiner and trained MYP and DP professional
with more than 7 years of teaching experience She worked as Mentor in MYP Science,
MYP design, DP ITGS, DP Physics and DP Computer Science and Engineering subjects.
She is the trailblazer for DP and MYP verification and authorization process at RIS.
Ms. Madhuri Paleti
DP/MYP Coordinator
An experienced, dedicated, skilled and student-focused passionate educator having a strong commitment towards the development of students. A self-determined, creative, goal-oriented professional having 13 years of teaching expertise in various boards. She is the founder member of Chhattisgarh first IB school “Rungta International School”. She has completed her Masters in Organic Chemistry along with B.Ed. She is an IBMYP examiner for Integrated Sciences. She worked as an IBDP CAS coordinator. She is also responsible for the successful implementation of ATL’s across the MYP programme as an ATL coordinator. She has been extensively trained in IBMYP and DP through various IB professional development training programmes. She is the trailblazer for IBMYP and IBDP verification and authorization process. She believes that learning is a lifelong process and we learn in all kind of situations.
Ms. Babita Recharya
PYP Coordinator
An innovative 21st century educator, who believes that with the changing world we need to change the way we perceive and approach elementary education. Her education comprises of Masters in Science and Diploma in elementary education. She is a trained IB PYP facilitator and leader with experience of 6 years working in IB World Schools.
Ms. Gagandeep

V.Bala Subramanyam is a post graduate in Commerce, English Literature and Public Administration apart from Bachelor of Education. V.Bala Subramanyam have teaching and administration experience of 30 and 12 years respectively. He also served as CBSE and NEET observer apart from being an evaluator in CBSE and State Board Examinations. Presently serving as CBSE Coordinator in Rungta International School.
